01 Acceptance of Terms

• Our Refund Policy, which governs all payment disputes and cancellations.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

05 Content & Licence

All audio and video content on the Platform is provided under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your private, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Download, copy, or reproduce content except where explicitly permitted.
• Distribute, broadcast, or publicly perform any content.
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access control features.
• Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract content using automated tools.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, logos, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Tibi Peters Digital Library or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

08 Disclaimers

Spiritual and motivational content on the Platform is intended for personal enrichment only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tibi Peters Digital Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
