We offer a 7-day refund window on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

This 7-day window applies to first-time purchases only. Subsequent billing cycles and renewal charges are non-refundable.

03 Refund Eligibility

  • Any purchases made using promotional codes or discounted rates.
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

06 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

07 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your access to premium content will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — refund eligibility is governed by the terms above.
